The Staff (Administrator of this site and the Game Moderators) reserve the right to cancel the accounts of users believed to be conducting or have conducted offensive/disruptive/illegal behaviour. This service is provided "as it is" with no warranty.

Only one account is permitted per user. Only one account is permitted per machine used to access this website. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the termination of your account.

None the information you submit will be disclosed to any third party, unless required by either law enforcement, the website's service provider or by court order. If your information is required by a thrid party for any purpose apart from the three aforementioned, you will be asked for permission. Information will be stored for record-keeping purposes. Your email address may be used to send periodic information to you, the user. The Staff will have access to said information.

In Game Conduct

Making unreasonable demands is a banable offense. Examples of an "unreasonable demand" are:

• Demanding that a player leave a game.
• Demands that are cross-game (For example, demanding that a player in game0 leave an alliance in game1).
• Extroting a player with real-life implications (ie, for money or services)

In contrast, you are allowed to make reasonable demands. Examples of a "reasonable demand" are:

• Demanding a player join/leave an alliance.
• Demanding a player disband his/her military.

These in-game rules are enforced at the discression of the Game Moderatiors and the Admin. If you feel that someone has breached these rules, report any messages to staff.
